Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Experience with residential builders, contractors, lighting or building products preferred.
• High school diploma required; a degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and developers.
• Pursue new builder partnerships within assigned territories.
• Visit builder offices, job sites, model homes and industry events.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
