Qualifications

• Associate degree in culinary or related field required.
• Two years culinary experience or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills expected.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• ServSafe certification required; C.A.R.E. or TIPS training may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department; support and monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager on scheduling needs, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Produce menu items as listed and ensure kitchens are stocked and ready for service.
• Support compliance with departmental budgets and cost control methods.
• Demonstrate superior customer service aligned with standards and programs.
• Maintain health department and customer service standards; manage regulatory compliance.
