Job summary

Rapid City Golden Corral is seeking a Cook to ensure the quality, freshness, and timely preparation of Hot Choice Buffet products. You will focus on speed, cleanliness, and product standards while serving guests in a friendly, team-based dining environment.

You will prepare and grill items, restock as needed, and follow FIFO for inventory. The role requires adherence to health codes and proper equipment care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products per Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items per standards to ensure quality.
• Keeps fried products hot and fresh.
• Restocks items when Attendant is unavailable.
• Assists guests with carved meat options.
• Follows FIFO inventory and quality standards.
• Maintains proper temperatures during cooking, holding, and serving.
• Uses production guides to manage inventory of hot cook products.
• Conducts opening/closing administrative tasks.
• Maintains equipment per maintenance manuals.
• Keeps buffet area clean and organized.
