Job summary

Pueblo Golden Corral in Eden, CO is seeking a Cook to ensure the hot buffet is tasty, fresh, and served promptly. You will cook, carve, and display items, maintain mise en place, and follow Golden Corral recipes, while keeping equipment clean and temperatures correct.

Qualifications

• Experience in buffet food preparation preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products and display items as per recipes.
• Grills items to Golden Corral standards for quality.
• Maintains correct food temperatures during cooking and holding.
• Restocks buffet stations and assists guests when needed.
• Follows FIFO for inventory and keeps area clean.
