Job summary

Green on Top, a new cannabis dispensary in Syracuse's Tipperary Hill, is building an opening team. We will hire 4-5 budtenders, full and part-time, to set the vibe and ensure a safe, welcoming space for both well-informed customers and first-timers.

You will develop product knowledge, deliver outstanding service, and participate in ongoing training. Prior retail or customer service helps, ages 21+, and legalization to work in NY cannabis is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Willing to grow and develop sales and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sales experience.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory.
• Attend ongoing product knowledge training sessions.
• Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on increasing customer loyalty.

We are a new cannabis dispensary opening in the Tipperary Hill neighborhood of Syracuse looking to build a strong opening team! We will be hiring 4-5 full and part-time budtenders that will be a crucial part of setting the vibe for the customer experience at Green On Top. You will be responsible for ensuring we provide a safe, welcoming, and comfortable space for the well informed consumer as well as the first timer. Product knowledge isn't required, but it is definitely helpful. We will offer educational opportunities for both customers and employees to help keep up to date with the industry.
