Push Operations in New York is seeking individuals committed to a dynamic cannabis retail environment. You will help maintain a welcoming store, greet customers, and build product knowledge across cultivars and inventory.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, ongoing training, and adherence to store policies to foster customer loyalty in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Minimum 21+ years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in Cannabis in New York.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Wants to grow and develop Sales and Customer Service skills.

• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after the sales experience.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of all cultivars and products in store inventory.
• Attend ongoing product knowledge training sessions.
• Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure satisfaction of all customers in the retail experience, focusing on increasing customer loyalty.

Basic cannabis product knowledge is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential. Excellent conversational skills and previous customer service is ideal but not required.
