Nature's Herbs and Wellness / High Plainz Strains is hiring a Budtender for our Fort Lupton dispensary. The role centers on customer service, product knowledge and compliant, responsible retail sales in a regulated environment.

Strong communication, dependability, and willingness to learn cannabis products are valued. Prior cannabis experience helps but is not required; retail or hospitality backgrounds translate well.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-service orientation and ability to communicate clearly.
• Reliability and punctuality in a regulated retail setting.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants or service roles is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine needs.
• Explain product categories and cannabis options.
• Assist customers in comparing products and making selections.
• Learn store products including flowers, concentrates, edibles, vapes, topicals.
• Operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Follow Colorado cannabis regulations and store procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and assist with promotions.
