Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management in cannabis preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a regulated retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis products, compliance standards, and customer education.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory/cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff to foster a positive and productive team culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by training staff to assist customers effectively and addressing inquiries.
• Drive sales growth through strategic planning, promotions, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, tracking, and loss prevention to ensure product availability and compliance.
• Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including MED.
• Manage daily financial operations, including cash handling and sales reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant store environment with high safety and presentation standards.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to staff through evaluations.
