High Plainz Strains in Fort Lupton, Colorado is seeking an Assistant Manager for our dispensary. This is a working retail management role; you will help run the store during shifts, supervise Front Desk Associates and Budtenders, handle cash and daily operations, and support the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory, keyholder, shift-lead or management experience.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate employees.
• Good judgment and practical problem-solving.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Cash handling and reconciliation experience.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Comfort resolving difficult customer situations.

• Supervising daily store activity during assigned shifts.
