Job summary

Nature's Herbs and Wellness / High Plainz Strains in Garden City (Greeley) is hiring a Budtender for our cannabis retail store. This full-time position offers 30–35 hours per week, a starting wage of $15.16 per hour plus tips, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, and insurance options.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, a Colorado badge (or ability to obtain one), reliable availability, and a positive, friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have Colorado Cannabis Industry badge to work in the state (or ability to obtain one).
• Candidates with strong reliability for a customer-facing role.
• Customer service experience, ideally in retail or service industries.
• Friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Passion for cannabis and willingness to learn regulations.
• General knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and uphold industry rules daily.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, answer questions and suggest products to purchase.
• Provide high level customer service to all customers.
• Stock products on the sales floor.
• Handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
