Pinehurst Resort is seeking a Budget & Finance Analyst to manage the TrueSky budgeting system and support annual budgeting, forecasts, and five‑year planning. You’ll deliver ROI analyses, variance reporting, and assist with journal entries and reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in accounting/finance, 1–3 years in budgeting or finance, and strong Excel skills for modeling and data analysis. This role emphasizes collaboration and accuracy in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management preferred.
• 1–3 years of budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting required.
• Advanced Excel skills with lookups, pivot tables, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Administer the TrueSky budgeting system daily.
• Coordinate the annual budget cycle from kickoff to final approval.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and maintain the 5-year rolling forecast.
• Guide departments on budgeting procedures and performance metrics.
• Prepare period-end variance reports and analyze drivers.
• Build ROI and cash-flow analyses for capital projects.
• Respond to ad hoc financial reporting requests for leadership.
• Participate in departmental P&L reviews and budget reviews.
• Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations as needed.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
