The Financial Analyst position at Highgate Hotels focuses on timely forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for portfolio performance. The role works closely with European revenue management, operations, and accounting teams to enhance decision-making with accurate financial insights.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in forecasting and budgeting within hospitality or F&B, and strong Oracle PBCS and Excel skills.

Competenze

• At least 4 years in financial forecasting and budgeting in a service based industry Hospitality or F&B industry strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Experience within Oracle platform (specifically PBCS module within Oracle).
• Must have working knowledge of general accounting principles.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong desire to find value added info in the details.
• Exceptional analytical skills and excel skills.
• Must display a positive and proactive attitude; and be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships, often with key senior leadership of the European platform.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary to complete assigned duties.

Mansioni

• Timely conduct analysis of revenues and expenses (variable and fixed overhead).
• Continually identify opportunities for cost reductions and savings as compared to budget and most recent forecast.
• Compile and analyze financial reports to search for discrepancies that require senior management’s attention.
• Ensure forecasting accuracy achieved.
• Coordinate and lead the annual budget process with all portfolio departments.
• Proactively analyzes weekly A/R reports to minimize financial risk and communicates issues to management.
• Maintain professionalism in employee communications and interactions.
• Assist with special projects, including audit support as needed.
