Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management preferred.
• 1–3 years in budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting required.
• Advanced Excel skills with lookups, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the TrueSky budgeting system day to day: load data, templates, validation, user setup and training.
• Coordinate the annual budget cycle from kickoff to final approval and distribute FYIsoft reports.
• Prepare periodic forecasts and maintain the 5-year rolling forecast.
• Guide departments on budgeting procedures and performance metrics.
• Prepare period-end variance reports and explain drivers and risks to leadership.
• Build ROI and cash-flow analyses for proposed capital projects.
• Respond to ad hoc financial reporting requests with trend analyses.
• Participate in departmental P&L reviews to identify trends and forecast opportunities.
• Support accounting with limited journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.
