Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will partner with resort leadership to drive financial discipline, evaluate capital initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and multi-department planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating and capital budgeting processes with department leaders.
• Manage monthly forecasting and analyze financial performance (revenue, expenses, capex).
• Prepare financial reports and variance analyses to inform decisions.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives and ROI for capital projects.
• Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and processes.
• Partner with leadership to provide insights and ad hoc analysis.
