Job summary

Pebble Beach Company is seeking a Manager of Finance to support budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis across its resort operations. Working with the Director of Finance and operational leaders, you will provide financial insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.

Responsibilities include reviewing monthly performance across F&B, rooms, golf, and retail; building financial models in Dynamics and Excel; preparing regular financial and census

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–5 years of finance and accounting experience; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software.
• Ability to learn and use financial systems including SMS, InfoGenesis, Amadeus/Salesforce, and DataVision.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly financial performance across resort departments and assist operations in data analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models, reporting schedules, and management reports.
• Understand and evaluate financial processes from transactions to GL and P&L reporting.
• Prepare, review, and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Prepare company-wide weekly revenue estimates and compare to budget and forecast.
• Prepare census reports for the US Census Bureau.
• Partner with operational leaders to develop analyses and communicate conclusions and risks.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks per business needs.
• Complete month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist in budgets and evaluating new business opportunities.
• Supervise special events cash handling and temporary staff.
• Coach and develop the Finance Analyst/Associate.
