Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded behavioral health organization serving southeastern and Central Ohio. We seek a Budget Analyst to create and analyze budgets to support strategic decisions and fiscal discipline.

The role includes preparing monthly budget reports, monitoring expenditures, forecasting needs, and overseeing grant spending to ensure compliance. The position pays 60,000 to 75,300 USD annually based on experience and licensure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience is required.
• Experience in accounting or financial management is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests including grants.
• Prepares detailed reports relating to budgets and revisions; monitors performance.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances; takes corrective action.
• Oversees grant expenditures and ensures compliance with funding requirements.
