Job summary

The position involves preparing monthly budget reports, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements, with travel within the designated service area as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in accounting or financial management fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests, including grants.
• Prepares detailed reports for budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances.
• Enters budget amendments and runs queries/reports in Financial Edge or Yardi.
• Tracks and records grant expenditures and supports compliance with funding requirements.
