Job summary

Cordance is seeking a President - Business Unit in the United States to lead a high-growth SaaS-focused BU. You will own P&L, shape the GTM strategy, and guide product roadmaps while ensuring disciplined execution across sales, customer success, and operations.

You will engage with external partners and internal teams to enable scalable growth, drive profitability, and build high-performance organizations aligned with Cordance’s long-term aims.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a President, General Manager, or senior P&L leader in a SaaS or B2B software environment.
• Deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product strategy, and customer success within a vertical SaaS or B2B context.
• Strong track record of driving disciplined growth, scaling operations, and managing multi-million-dollar P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the BU’s long-term growth strategy and vision.
• Lead go-to-market strategy, including demand generation, sales execution, and revenue expansion.
• Shape product roadmap and oversee engineering and delivery.
• Oversee post-acquisition integrations of systems, people, and GTM alignment.
• Drive operational excellence across engineering, product delivery, and customer-facing teams.
• Mentor and develop leadership talent and ensure scalable organizational structures.
