Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with multi-family or homebuilding processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build purchasing data in Newstar Enterprise for all building plans.
• Maintain takeoffs, costs, and budgets for Construction and Finance.
• Review takeoffs, costs, and budgets to generate purchase orders for start packages.
• Review and analyze variance purchase orders from Construction Managers and Buyers.
• Assist bidding and takeoffs for special projects as needed.
