Job summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking a BTR Superintendent to lead high-density, amenitized rental unit projects in Austin. You will drive construction progress, coordinate a field team, manage schedules and costs, and ensure safety and quality across communities.

Required are strong construction knowledge, reading plans, and proficiency with MS Office plus BuildPro/SupplyPro. A responsive leader who can foster teamwork and deliver on time is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field preferred; HS diploma with construction experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Experience reading plans, scheduling, and cost control in new home construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned units from start to finish with limited oversight.
• Build a collaborative team environment and mentor team members.
• Coordinate with BTR leadership to meet project goals and budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor relations, safety, quality, and scheduling.
• Report progress using technology and maintain clean, safe job sites.
