Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar position within a fast-paced office environment preferred.
• Understanding of Multi-Family or Homebuilding process preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and data management for budgets and costs.
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate purchase orders and start packages; administer variance POs.
• Build purchasing data in Newstar Enterprise for all building plans.
• Maintain takeoffs, costs, and budgets for Construction and Finance.
• Review takeoffs, costs, and budgets prior to construction start.
• Review, process, and analyze variance purchase orders from teams.
• Analyze and reduce budget-to-actual costs for each building.
• Assist agents with bidding and takeoffs for special projects when needed.
• Coordinate with Homebuilding Divisions on pricing structures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
