Job summary

Taylor Morrison Inc. in Phoenix seeks a Build-To-Rent Regional Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. This role performs professional accounting duties across multiple divisions, including analysis and reconciliation of financial records and preparation of reports.

Key tasks include timely journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset maintenance, and supporting internal controls and audits. CPA or candidate is a plus; 1–2 years preferred.

• Effective communication and collaboration with teams.
• Experience working in accounting and finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic consolidated financial statements and reports.
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with SOX controls.
• Support external auditors and internal control documentation.
• Assist in forecast models and schedule maintenance.
