Responsibilities include managing unit turnover, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing subcontractor performance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of construction processes from start to finish.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; BuildPro and SupplyPro is a plus.
