Taylor Morrison, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Supervisor to lead the homebuilding process in our Scottsdale community.

You will drive scheduling, budgeting, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating the construction team and subcontractors to deliver quality homes on time. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in construction (preferably with production builders), an OSHA background, and strong communication skills.

Competenze

• High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of construction experience or completion of TM360 curriculum.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of new home construction process, scheduling and cost control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and schedules.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules & regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; customer-focused.

Mansioni

• Lead the overall homebuilding process.
• Foster a team environment and maintain subcontractor relations.
• Manage staff of Superintendents to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Evaluate quality, safety, scheduling and cost-control measures.
• Enforce site safety and employee engagement and retention.
• Oversee schedules to ensure high-quality product is delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule and authorize payments.
• Resolve escalated buyer concerns and ensure move-in quality and satisfaction.
• Keep worksite clean, orderly and visually appealing to customers.
