United Care ABA-Colorado seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Candidates will implement plans, collect data, and support clients in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.
• Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).

• Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
