Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before start date.
  • Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
  • Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
  • Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.

What We’re Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
