Job summary

United Care ABA in Brooklyn, New York is seeking Behavior Technicians and RBTs who want to grow a meaningful career in ABA. You’ll receive hands-on training, supervision from experienced BCBAs, and a clear path from BT to RBT with support to pursue BCBA certification.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), in-home and center-based care, a collaborative team environment, and growth opportunities as you gain certification and experience.

• Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
