Job summary

United Care ABA is hiring RBTs to provide one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in the Denver area. Enjoy flexible scheduling with both in-home and center-based settings as the team supports you every step of the way.

We offer competitive pay ($22–$28/hour) with growth opportunities toward lead roles or BCBA certification. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive organization focused on helping kids thrive while avoiding burnout.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete before start.
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
