Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. You will work under BCBA guidance, prepare for sessions with clear goals, and implement intervention procedures while maintaining professional communication with parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working with children in professional or volunteer settings is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client’s treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and relay feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism with parents and caregivers per BACB ethics.
• Collect and record data on client progress and ensure HIPAA confidentiality.

• Free access to the RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting, such as camps, daycare, tutoring, or mentoring.

• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessionsComply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements
