Job summary

United Care ABA in Brooklyn, NY is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear growth path from BT to RBT and beyond.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), in-home and center-based opportunities, and a supportive team culture focused on client outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and professional demeanor required.
  • Willingness to pursue RBT certification within first few months.
  • Long-term interest in growing within ABA, including RBT/BCBA pathways.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to implement ABA therapy.
  • Follow treatment plans to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
  • Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families.
  • Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
