Ambitions ABA Colorado is hiring a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and support families. You will work under supervision to implement treatment plans and collect data.

• Follow BCBA guidance for each client's treatment plan.
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials.
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA.
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards.
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions.
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
