Job summary

Covista is seeking an Nursing Associate Dean of Academic Affairs to drive day‑to‑day academic operations and support faculty excellence at the San Antonio campus. You will partner with the Dean to execute the BSN program strategic vision and maintain a student-centered, high‑performing academic environment.

You will lead faculty performance, ensure curriculum quality, use data‑driven insights to improve teaching and program success, and ensure accreditation compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required or higher.
• 2+ years in nursing education at BSN level or higher (Required).
• 2+ years in simulation and/or clinical experience development/participation (Required).
• 2+ years of leadership experience (Required).
• Unencumbered nursing license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute academic strategy in partnership with the Dean to achieve BSN program goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise qualified faculty to ensure program excellence.
• Lead curriculum delivery and ensure accreditation compliance.
• Manage scheduling, workload models, and budget planning.
• Collaborate with campus leadership and external stakeholders.
