Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in nursing, education, or administration.
• Current, active RN license in California (BRN).
• Minimum three years in nursing education leadership and at least one year teaching in online/hybrid formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BSN program operations, student advisement, and clinical oversight.
• Support Program Director on accreditation alignment and data-driven improvements.
• Oversee curriculum development in line with BRN standards and institutional policies.
• Monitor student performance and outcomes to drive retention and NCLEX success.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and prepare necessary reports.
