Hash Kitchen is hiring a Prep Cook to join our vibrant brunch team. You will work alongside passionate teammates to create and plate high-quality dishes, while maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen and following our prep list and recipes.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous kitchen experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy guests.
Knowledgeable about Hash Kitchen menu and products.

Responsibilities

Work with passionate people to create a fun, positive work environment.
Provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution and preparing high-quality food.
Set up cook stations and ensure prep items are available on the cook line.
Follow the prep list created by chefs.
Label and stock ingredients, measure and prepare ingredients.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen; wash dishes and sanitize surfaces.
