Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy every guest need.
• Knowledgeable about Hash Kitchen's menu and products.

Responsibilities

• Set up cook stations and ensure prep items are available.
• Follow chefs' prep lists to plan duties.
• Label and stock ingredients for easy access.
• Measure ingredients; wash and chop produce.
• Prepare cooking ingredients and basic dishes.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen; wash dishes and sanitize surfaces.
• Store food properly and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
