Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• 4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to recreate recipes per Hash Kitchen standards.
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness.
• Willing to go the extra mile to create the guest experience.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and products carried.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to Hash Kitchen recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Utilize utensils and kitchen equipment safely (knives, ovens, stoves, etc.).
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food as per guidelines.
• Follow food safety policies and maintain cleanliness of station.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
