Responsibilities

• Handles allergy and dietary modifications and communicates changes clearly.
• Follows orders from POS and expeditor; maintains clean and organized station.
• Keeps sanitation and safety standards according to health regulations.
• Assists with opening/closing procedures and daily pre-service meetings.
