Qualifications

• 4+ years of Line Cook experience preferred.
• Ability to recreate Hash Kitchen recipes.
• Knowledgeable about food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and Hash Kitchen recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling items.
• Safely utilize knives, ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other equipment.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food per Hash Kitchen guidelines.
• Store food properly following safety policies and procedures.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
