Hash Kitchen in Phoenix is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, manage the waitlist, and guide them to their tables with a warm smile. You will answer phones, take takeout orders, sell gift cards, and coordinate with team members while maintaining a welcoming ambiance.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to go the extra mile to create a great guest experience.
• Knowledgeable about the menu and products we carry.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Monitor the guest waitlist, estimate wait times and keep guests comfortable.
• Answer phones, coordinate takeout orders, sell gift cards and collaborate with the team.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing the dining room and host area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
