Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast and brunch menu items in a timely and professional manner.
• Read and execute food tickets accurately during busy service periods.
• Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, presentation, and preparation.
• Assist with food prep and inventory and report discrepancies to management.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization during high-volume service.
• Use problem-solving skills to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
