Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare hot food products and portion food prior to cooking.
• Plate and garnish cooked items and prepare garnishes for hot menu items.
• Follow Ruby Standards and recipes to ensure product quality.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area throughout shifts.
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
