Job summary

WSP is seeking Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project Engineers for South Florida, DC, and Boston. You will design BRT projects from concept to construction, provide technical support and project management, and assist in growing the business. The role may involve traveling to client sites and collaborating across offices to deliver high-impact transportation projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
P.E. license with 7–15 years of experience in Bus Rapid Transit projects.
Experience with transit agencies and departments of transportation.

Responsibilities

Design Bus Rapid Transit projects from concept to construction.
Provide technical support and project management on tasks with scope, schedule, and budget.
Support larger projects as Deputy PM, Task Manager, or discipline expert.
Assist in pursuing or delivering transit projects and travel when needed.
Share knowledge through conference presentations and publications.
Support business development with proposals and client relations.
Oversee technical staff on projects.
