Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; Cosmetology or esthetics license required where required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and facial waxing is preferred.
• Strong sales and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and suggest products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including eyebrow waxing and tinting.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book appointments and manage events using the store system.
• Maintain clean and compliant Brow Bar and related areas.
• Collaborate with brand partners and store management to drive sales.
