Active licensure in Esthetics or Cosmetology is required where applicable by state law, with a focus on waxing, tinting, makeup demos and in-store events.

The role emphasizes servicing guests, building client relationships, and collaborating with store teams while maintaining brand standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetics license required where law applies.
• Experience in makeup application and brow/face waxing, tweezing, and tinting preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment needed to perform technical work.
• Strong sales, product knowledge and guest service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with state guidelines.
