Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetics license as required by state law.

• Experience with makeup applications, waxing, tinting, and brow services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including waxing, tinting, threading, and lash applications.
• Book appointments and manage scheduling for initial and follow-up services.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of Brow Bar and adjacent areas.
