Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales, engage guests, and perform on-site cosmetic services including waxing and tinting. The role supports the Experience Manager with a focus on service quality, guest satisfaction, and in-store events.

The position requires an active esthetics or cosmetology license where required by state law, strong guest service skills, and the ability to learn product knowledge quickly. Flexible schedule is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license may be required by state law.
• Experience in make-up application; eyebrow and facial waxing, tweezing, and eyebrow tinting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals while contributing to store targets.
• Greet, engage, and tailor service to each guest; recommend products and services.
• Perform Brow Bar services including eyebrow waxing, tinting, and related beauty treatments.
• Book and manage appointment flow for initial and follow-up services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Brow Bar and surrounding areas; comply with safety guidelines.
