Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct brow bar services including waxing, tinting, and threading per policy.
• Book guest appointments using the store system for initial and return services.
• Stay informed on industry trends and educate guests on ingredients and benefits.
• Maintain prompt attendance and adherence to policies.
