Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver exceptional guest service. You will perform brow and facial services, one-on-one consultations, and product demonstrations while maintaining the Brow Bar area to brand standards.

You must hold an active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state law, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment, delivering consistent, quality experiences for every guest.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales and service goals and contribute to store targets.
• Greet guests, personalize services, and recommend products.
• Perform brow waxing, tinting, tweezing, and related services.
• Book initial and follow-up appointments and support events.
• Maintain Brow Bar cleanliness and adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
