Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Bar/Aesthetic Specialist to maximize Benefit brand sales and deliver personalized services. You will perform waxing, tinting, makeup applications, and product demonstrations, while maintaining the Brow Bar and supporting in-store events.

A state-licensed esthetician/cosmetologist is required by law, with strong guest service and knowledge of beauty trends. You will engage guests, book appointments, and collaborate with the Experience Manager to meet sales goals and

Qualifications

• Active license in Esthetics or Cosmetology as required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing/tinting preferred.
• Excellent guest service and ability to learn product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Benefit brand sales and service goals.
• Perform Brow Bar services including eyebrow/facial waxing, tinting and related treatments.
• Book guest appointments using the store system for initial and return services and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the Brow Bar and surrounding areas.
• Provide exceptional guest service and build client relationships.
