Ulta Beauty is seeking a Brow Waxing Expert to maximize Benefit brand sales, engage guests, and perform brow and facial services in-store. This role requires licensing where required and a strong focus on guest experience and product knowledge.

The position emphasizes maintaining Brow Bar areas, participating in trainings, and collaborating with store teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology or esthetics license where required by state law.
• Experience in makeup application and waxing is preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment used to perform technical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals for Benefit brand and store performance.
• Greet guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Conduct brow bar services: waxing, tweezing, tinting, lash applications.
• Book guests’ appointments and manage events using the store system.
• Maintain clean Brow Bar and other assigned areas; replenish testers and supplies.
• Participate in brand trainings and in-store promotions.
